A happy night

Last Sunday about 40 SM3 students went to have a buffet dinner with their host families. We got together at Eton hall at about a quarter to 6 then we went to a buffet restaurant by rainbow bus. After getting out off the bus we went into the restaurant and stuck our name on our T-shirt then we went straight to the third floor. Many host family members were there waiting for us. Then they walked up to say hello to us and shook hands with us ardently. Then we began to talk to each others. They told me that my host family would arrive a little later. After a while I found my host family. They are a middle aged couple with a ten years’ old boy. They could speak both Chinese and English so we communicated with both English and Chinese. Then we played several games together. Then we ate and talked happily. After dinner we went up stairs to look the toys in the restaurant. Then we knew it was also a toy’s museum. We saw lots of toys there. There was a worker working in the restaurant told us the story about all the toys and how much they worth. The boss of the restaurant is a toy collector. There were lots of worthy toys and posters of old movie. All of us were shocked by the price of the old toys. We took many pictures in the museum. It was really an exciting experience. I had a happy night.

  1. Yes! All of us enjoyed ourselves that night. We should thank the hosts for their enthusiastic host. That is a really good memory.
