The soul of Chinese Nation
The people who take trains to go back home during the Spring Festival Holidays are mostly the lower class of the society, but are the pure Chinese. No matter how far and how rural their hometown is, no matter how heavily it is snowing, no matter how crowded the trains are, they want to go home, and they will, and nothing can stop them, even if the fare of the tickets is more than their pay of one mouth hard work, even if the time they spend during their way home and back to work takes up half of their holiday time, even if they have nowhere in the train to lie or lean for sleep, even if they have to stay up at the railway station to wait for the train. They must go back home, be together with their family, because the faith of going home and spending the Spring Festival with the family is rooted in their hearts. The people who are against western culture and push Chinese culture higher and higher and say that they are traditional Chinese culture defenders are usually not reliable. No matter how many sufferings our nation has, how many dangers we are facing, the people we can trust at last are usually those who determine to take a train home during the Spring Festival holiday. It is they that are the representations of Chinese culture. They are the soul of Chinese nation.
