Jogging

I do believe everyone has tried jogging. It’s the most popular and easiest way to exercise. Good jogging will promote your circulation, exercise your muscle and also clean your artery and vein.
However, do you know how to jog properly?
The most important thing for jogging is your pulse rate. For ordinary people, the extreme pulse rate is 220 minus age. For example, my extreme pulse rate is 220 minus 19, it’s 201. When you are jogging, keep an eye on your pulse rate, it should depend on your purpose.
If you want to exercise your heart and lung, your pulse rate should range from 50% to 60% of your extreme pulse rate. For most of us, it’s 100 to 120.
If you want to lose weight, your pulse rate should be between 60% and 80% of your extreme pulse rate, because your body would use adipose to provide energy at that pulse rate.
If your pulse rate has already surpassed 80% of your extreme pulse rate, your body will use carbohydrate protein and adipose at the same time. However, I don’t think you are jogging any more if your pulse rate has reached that level.
If you want to be like those models on the poster of ck(If you are a boy) or Victoria’s Secret(If you are a girl), so what are you waiting for? Jogging is your best choise.
