New Year Eve

As a convention being lasted for years,we freshmen were invited by our seniors to enjoy a lunar new eve together.The situs was a room for activities in Yusof Hall.
Though it was not so big a room,it was really interesting.We sat on the floor,checked with relatives and friends at distence.Seniors prepaired a lot of delicious food and drink.Before the new year eve soiree,we took our dinner.It was really unbelievable that all the dishes were made by our seniors.
Then infront of some laptops,we started to watch the soiree on line,the yearly soiree,another convention.Maybe had too much expectation,audiences could never be satisfied,so does this time.Anyway,I enjoyed it.It was really fun that because of the problem of the network,the soiree through the different laptops were not at the same pace.One guy smiled and said he felt as if he was in the point in which three different time met and twisted.
At the midnight,we greeded each other and sent SMS to our friends.It was so valuable a moment that I will never forget it.
Then we played a funny game called "killers and policemen",another convention of we northwestern guys'.About two hours later.we had to stop our game to go back to Eton Hall,so that we could arrive before the deadline.On our way back home,the empty street was so quiet and peace that we all hoped to stay out during the whole night,and of course,just a hope.
It was my first time to celebrate lunar new year without my parents,but with my dear friends and seniors,I didn't feel lonely,not even a little.And I believe this unforgetable memory will be in my heat forever!
